Meeting rooms

We appreciate that times are getting tough and we want to do our bit to help, so we are inviting you to use our meeting and conference facilities for FREE.  Our modern and spacious offices are situated on the outskirts of Eastleigh which lies approximately 5 miles north of Southampton City Centre and 9 miles south-west of Winchester. Road and rail networks are within close proximity just off Junction 13 of the M3 or Junction 5 of the M27. Eastleigh and Southampton Parkway Railway stations which provide access to London Waterloo being just over a mile distant. There is also the added benefit of being a short distance from Southampton International Airport providing connections to a variety of European destinations. The offices also offer plenty of FREE ONSITE PARKING.

We have a number of meeting rooms available:
Meeting rooms 1&2 - Max capacity 4
Cricket room - Max capacity 6
Boardroom A - 14
Boardroom B - 14
Or Boardrooms combined can accomodate up to 30

All meeting rooms are available without exception from 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri (excluding bank holidays)

Tea and coffee can be provided upon request at a cost of £2 per person + VAT.

Flipcharts and pens can also be provided at a cost of £5 per meeting + VAT.

Projector and screen can be provided at a cost of £10 per meeting + VAT.
